I totally missed that you posted some new info yesterday! I didn't see those when I asked latest question. Reading them now.

Vogenmandsgaden! You already noted it above. Thanks! (Seems like another street name and not a town). I never found a marriage record in Vestby or Copenhagen, but I suspect she was Danish. Thanks again so much for the links!

You were asking about the farm history of Grønberg in your initial post. I had difficulties accessing the book due to technical issues on the National Library website, but I finally got in.

Published
xx:Vestby kommune, 1974

I don’t think the book is directly accessible from outside Norway, but I believe you can order access.

Here is a short summary of what it says about Hans Christophersen and his ancestors, from pages 536-537:

Tore Haagensen (1641, or 1642, -1728) worked the farm from 1699 to 1717. At that time, Grønberg was an equestrian facility for the Norwegian cavalry units (“ryttergård og dragonkvarter"), and received substantial war compensations in 1716 during the Great Northern War of 1700-1721.

His wife, Ragnhild Christophersdatter died 92 1/2 y.o. in 1729.

They had five children, Christopher, Johannes, Lars, Ole, and Anne.

Christopher Toresen took over Grønberg from about 1720 until 1745.

Christopher was married to Marthe Anonsdatter or Jensdatter, (as you suggested above), they had 8 children:

Jens 1717, Lars 1720, Anond 1722, Maren 1725, Hans 1727, Thorer 1731, Ragnhild 1733, and Anders 1737.

In 1754, an unnamed source, likely a probate/“skifte”, placed Lars and Hans in Copenhagen.

In the skifte after Marthe from 1743, the farm had no horses except those in His Majesty’s service, but otherwise several livestock species, sheep, pigs, cows and a goat.

Thanks again. When I awoke this morning I realized it was the Bygdebok I was looking for. If I searched Catalog on familysearch.org I saw the one you mention. FS allows a search of names (but not access, also as you imply). That allowed me to find a tree with the people we had been searching and I see the preceding names you've mentioned today. I greatly appreciate the summary of what is on the farm history pages themselves! I am going to now go back to parish records with these new dates/names!
