I read this as

"Marts 27"

"Grdflk"  (Gaardfolk or Gaardmandsfolk)

The note at the far right is puzzling: I understand by what you have written that Rasmus  T. Musland opgivet. But Aanen Aanensen is  recorded as being the father of Mette. Please explain.

"Hvis uægte af hvem opgivet" (title of column) = if out of wedlock, by whom reported (to the vicar).  That was Rasmus  T. Musland.
