It would be easier to help you if you posted the link to the church book, and we could read what was written ourselves.

From the Minnesota Lutheran church records (Otter Tail county):

Some of the early ELCA records of the Bagstevold church in Erhard, MN

are recorded in the records of the Hamar Lutheran church of Rothsay , MN ;

Rothsay village being partly in Otter Tail County and partly in Wilkin county.

Here is what I can decipher of the notes:

Bagstevold Kirkegaard

Tilda Marie Kittelson födt 16th Juli 1861 ; död 1st Dec. 1898 and Jordfæstet ? Dec. 1898

Delt-y-is-stor.     ????

Döds aar    var premature birth.  Var ikke hos brude pa (??) sygelerct.       ??????

Impossible to give a correct transcription from this. If you don't have a link, you can make a photo of the record and post it here.

Not necessarily hospital. Sygeleie means sickbed. So rather "Was not with her at the sickbed"  or "Was not at the sickbed".

Here’s an attempt, but please try to post a link or photo:

Tilda Marie Kittelson born July 16 1861, died December 1st 1898. Buried ? December

“Delt-y-is stor” or “Deteyelsen stor” – if this refers to the burial, it could be “Deltagelsen stor”, meaning “Participation [at the burial] was large”.

Cause of death was premature birth. Was not with the bride(???) at her sickbed.

I am not having much luck finding the exact description you are trying to translate in the ELCA parish records in Ancestry.com. Here is the FAG record for Tilda.

Edited: I looked through the parish book page by page and finally found the record for this group.  You can see the screen shots posted below.

There is this child born in 1898 with parents named Christian and Tilda, but with the last name of Brandvold so could very well be a totally different couple.
