Birth of Kari Nielsdatter - please translate

According to the Sveio bygdebok, page 318, Kari Neilsdatter Økland was born in 1810. She married Peter Tørreson Lodden 5 Dec 1836. However, on that marriage record, Kari's father's name is Niels Pederson, not Niels Jacobson as in the record at the top of the page. Because of the evidence in the marriage record, I am thinking that the correct birthdate is 1814 and not 1810.
