Assistance with Anne Olsdr Tvedt, born ? 1806

I am working on ancestors of my 2nd GGF, E Olaus Johansen Landsverk, who emigrated to Norway Lakes, Minnesota in the 1850s with his father, John Ellefson, and brother Ole Johansen.  His mother, and John Ellefson's wife, was Anne Olsdr, born in about 1806, I believe on the Tvedt farm, based on the marriage record of Anne and John in 1838 (https://www.digitalarkivet.no/kb20070525310163).  However, her confirmation record (https://www.digitalarkivet.no/kb20070525310192) does not have her birthdate.  It lists her parents as Ole Olsen and Karen Elisabeth.  I believe they were married in 1813 (https://www.digitalarkivet.no/en/pv00000001855895), which would be several years after Anne's birth. Both are listed as marrying for the first time.  I have scrolled through all of the churchbooks that I can find online, and can't seem to find Anne's birth, either in/around 1806, nor around/after the parents' marriage.  I recognize that Anne could be illegitimate, but then would she have her father's name?  Any suggestions?

Many thanks!

She is always her father's daughter, so in most cases even through time, she will have a patronymic reflecting her father's name!

A couple of your links don't work, at least not for me: the 1838 marriage and Anne's confirmation record.

A long shot but an Ole Olsen and a Karen Elisabet Dittelsd had a child in 1820. Farm for Karen is Tvedt Korland. Not your Annie but maybe a sibling and it gives us a last name for Karen Elisabet.

Wow - thank you all for your quick responses!  Yes, that's Anne's confirmation.

I have since found Ole and Karen's marriage (she is sometimes referred to as Karen Elisabeth, and others Karen +/- Elisabeth Ditelvsdr Mÿre.  They married in 1813 (https://media.digitalarkivet.no/view/9448/89 halfway down the left page) - no recognizable parents listed.  I believe Ole's father Ole died in 1810, and Karen's father in 1788.  They had a number of children from 1814 (Ole Ditlev) through 1827 (Peder).  I think Ole died in 1845, and Karen (as Anton noted above, in 1853 as a widow)

I also found an Anne born to and Ole Olsen and Karen in Kristiansand in 1811 before they were married.  https://media.digitalarkivet.no/view/9561/326  I wondered if Ole left the farm sometime after 1801 after his father died, to work in the city, then came back by 1813?  The names are right, but would indicate afair degree of distance moved by both Ole and Karen, who appears to have been born in Glemmen, Ostfold, which is pretty far away.

Why do you think they were born in Østfold?

The only birth that I could find (and only on Ancestry) for Karen Elisabeth Ditlevsdr was in Glemmen in 1779

Well that is only one of the pair but it is quite a good candidate.

FWIW. The mother of the Ole Olsen found in the 1801 Census listed above was named Anne. First daughter of Ole Olsen and Karen Elisabeth was named Anne.

Mother of Karen Elisabeth was named Livia Endrea. Second daughter of Ole Olsen and Karen Elisabeth was named Olivia Lovise. Not exact but close.

This is fabulous and so helpful!  I had found Oline's confirmation record in 1830, but couldn't find her birth, so this fits perfectly.  Wow - I really love and appreciate the crowdsourcing/community support!

Ditlev died in 1788, and the 1801 census,  shows Livia receiving "20rd aarlig af mad. nielsens legatum" which I take to mean 20rd annually from mad. nielsens legacy"  Her mother was a Ragnar Elis Niesldr, so I wonder if that legacy came down to her from a grandparent. Still hunting on that one.

"16de April  en onsdag blev begravet Procurator Ditlev Mÿhre fra Lÿkkeberg, ved forstaden, 41 aar 3 maaneder og 3 uger"

"April 16th, a wednesday, attorney Ditlev Myhre from Lykkeberg by the suburb, 41 years, 3 moons, 3 weeks."

The suburb in question, is the one around the fortress city of Fredrikstad, just south of Glemmen parish. Lykkeberg is now a stately old villa from the 1870ies in the center pf Fredrikstad city next to the town hall, but the name of the property is older.  On the map

There is a small biography of him in a book about lawyers and advocates i Norway; Finne-Grønn, S. H., Norges prokuratorer, sakførere og advokater 1660-1905, b. 1 De embedsmæssig utnævnte prokuratorer 1660-1814, Oslo 1936.

I’m sure a kind soul can translate this for you if needed.
