Occupation in birth record

I'm hoping someone can transcribe an occupation (or status) in a birth record.  It's common to lots of entries, so I'm sure it's pretty standard, but I haven't been able to track it down and since I don't read Norwegian, I am struggling with the handwriting.  I've attached the birth record.  I have three questions: 1) what is the word (and it's meaning) in front of the father's name (the father is Svend Thorsen); 2) what is the initial (and it's meaning) in front of the mother's name (the mother is Thorbjorg Olafsdatter); 3) the residence is Omsberg under Omtvedt - does that format mean that the farm is Omtvedt (this is in Brunkeberg, Kviteseid, Telemark) and the subfarm is Omsberg?  Thank you for your help.

1) Huusmand (cottager, tenant farmer, share crofter; a person who lived on land without a farm number. Could often use a parcel of land by paying the landowner.)

2) Hustru (Wife)


You should always also supply the link to the document(s) in question, because it is often much easier to transcribe if one can see more examples of the handwriting.
