Help with locations in marriage record

I'd appreciate help transcribing the birth places and groom's residence in entry no. Hv. 15, for Svend Thovsen and Thorbjorg Olafsdatter, on the following page: https://www.digitalarkivet.no/kb20061127310003.  The only word I can confidently make out is Nyhus, which makes sense given what else I know about the groom.  I'd appreciate a transciption of the entire section, as I'm new to Norwegian records and don't recognize the words that precede the locations.  I'd also appreciate help with the bride's father's last name and her section under smallpox vaccination, which is more than just a date.  Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the tip.  I've used the printed Kviteseid Bygdesoga (with a lot of cutting and pasting into Google Translate) with a prior family who was listed in the Ættesoga, however, the current family I'm working on isn't in the Ættesoga, so I'm definitely struggling with some of the church records without the genealogies to give me clues for deciphering the handwriting.  Great to see the genealogies are being constantly updated.  I'll definitely check out the website!
