Two factor authentication

Hi,

Since two factor authentication has been required, I no longer am able to login to Digital Archives.  The two factor authentication web page shows my correct phone number, but when I asked for a code through SMS I never receive one.  Is there another way to log in?

Two factor authentication is generally not required. It is only required for users who are granted access to certain restricted documents.

 

I can remove the two factor authentication from your account, once I can identify it. I've found an account in our register which I believe is yours; the four last digits in the phone number are 2144. If you can confirm that this is your account, I will remove the two factor authentication.
