There may be a transcription error for Zacharias Gundersen Økland (1881 April 23). I think this person is Erik Sakarias Gunnarsson Ørland and that the "r" in Ørland may have been misread as "k". (Reference Bygdebok for Ølen Andre Bandet page 270.)

I have found the original, and I can agree with you that the second letter in the farmname could be read "r". On the other hand, it is also easy to understand why it has been read "k", as it is a letter much "higher" than a normal "r". It seems very likely that Zacharias in 1881 is the same person as Erik Sakarias.
