peder erickson nyhus born raaenset 25 july 1822,wife kari ellevsdatter[born krodsherd,runseie 4 aug.,1819 and 5 children left eggedal 13 march 1866 for freeborn co minn.usa then to noth dakota in 1874.peder nyhus returned in 1899 to eggedal after his wifes death.he is listed on the 1900 cencus living at flekkerud.i would like to know when and where he died and any other information about him. peder is my great great grand father.--thank you--ken enger kenger@bellsouth.net

to: tormod thoresen -thank you for your reply. lee rokke has already been a great help to me in tracing my norsk ancestors. last year in july my brother and i visited eggedal- flekkerud and the local luthern cemitary trying to find out more about our great grandfather peder erickson nyhus.although we did'nt have much luck i still think my chance of finding this information is in norway. thank for your assistance. ken
