Looking for any descendents of Torgrims’s two sons. Elling and Peder. I have information on descendents in U.S. but would like to find relatives in Norway.Torgrims Pedersen(my gggggfather) as listed in the 1801 Census in Gran, Farm Bilden Vestre.Two sons Family of Elling Torgrimsen as listed in the 1865 Census in Gran, domicile Bilden Vestre.Family of Peder Torgrimsen (my ggggfather) as listed in the 1865 Census in Gran, domicile Bjerkestuen.

Hello Don. I have looked up some records about Torgrim Pedersen and Anne Østensdatter's descendents in Norway.Anne was a widdow with 6 children when she married Torgrim. Then she and Torgrim got 3 children:1) Elling Torgrimsen 22 years old married Nov.22-1819 with Kari Evensdatter Raassum 22 year.Children:a)Torgrim b.Des.12-1820 married 1858 with Marthe Torgrimsdatter (daughter of Torgrim Pedersen).b)Even b.Feb.2.1824. Elling married 2.time with Anne Evensdatter Raasum in 1926.Their children:c) Kari b.Aug.19. 1832 d)Even b. July 27.1840 married 1871 with Karen Larsdatter Elken. Torgrim Ellingsen b. 1820 and Marthe Torgrimsdatter Haug's children:a)Kari b.Nov.1. 1859 married Ellef Olsen Vassenden in 1883. b)Marthe b.Aug.4. 1862.c)Elling b.Oct.30.1865,d) Torvald anton b. Des.23. 1868 and e)Anders b. Sept.9.1872.2)Peder Torgrimsen Bilden 23 years old married first time:Ingeborg Gundersdatter Amundrud 23 years in 1829. she daughter of gunder nielsen amundrud og Kari Andersdatter.Children:a)Torgrim b.Des.7 1830 married Kari halvorsdatter in 1855. to america in 1862. Peder married 2.time in 1833 with Berthe Torstensdatter Sørum 32 years old. She daughter of Torsten Erichsen Sørum. Children:a) Joen b. Des.20. 1834. b)Marte b.Feb.21, 1838 married Erik Johsen in 1860.c)Anne b. April 11. 1841.to America in 1869. d)Ingeborg b. Feb 21 1843.I'm sure there are decsentents after some of this persons here in Gran, but I haven't had time to look after them.Hope this is the right family? Greetings from Ole.

Greeting Ole.So nice to hear from you. I had almost given up.Yes, it is the right family. Torgrim Pedersen was my ggggGrandfather. Peder Torgrimsen was my gggGrandfather. I had most of the information you found, but did not know that Anne went to America in 1841. Thank you. I would like to stay in contact with you off the list. Have questions about Gran.
