I wonder if anybody has a mailing address for Lisabet Risa. She is the author of the Bjerkreimboka, issued by the Bjerkreim Kommune in 1997. I believe she may have some information regarding my oldefar, Torgir Andreassen (f. 1860 at ytre Kalveskog). In the bygdebok, she refers to his travels between 1880-1885. I understand that this information came from old military records. I would like to write to her to find out if there is more about him in these records.I would appreciate any assistance.
