    For 20 år siden bladde jeg gjennom tusenvis av Panteboksider for Aker på slutten av 1800 tall. Jeg noterte mye som ble brukt i en bok. Men en ting husker jeg: Emil Nyquist på Nordseter gård 157/1 som var gift med Augusta Haralstad, han solgte i fylla gården. Det utrolige var at han i rettsak etterpå vant tilbake gården. Han prosederte på at han var så beruset at han ikke visste hva han gjorde. Hvor kan jeg finne noe om den rettsaken eller notat i panteboka? Jeg husker ikke året, men tror det er ca. 1885 for etter dette krevde hustruen særie på deler av gåprden. Dag.
