I have been pursuing an interest into the history of the city of Vilnius, and a Web search for old pictures of the city lead me to the Norwegian Digital Archives site. I was delighted to know that in the Digital Archives there are several Barthelemy Lauvergne's panoramas of Vilnius which he painted in 1840.Unfortunately, there was an error in the archive pages.
