I am looking for information on Martha Antonsd. b.1886 living on SØRUM farm in the 1900 census for Lier. She was the daughter of Anton Markussen b.1855 and Brynhild Tollefsdatter married 1879 in Frogner Church. I have pictures of her taken around 1915. There is no further information on her after the 1900 census. I would like to know where to search for marriage and death information. Thank you kindly.

Hello Mary EllenI'm posting this on behalf of Maya Lillemoen, Lier Historielag. Anton Markussen married in 1879 to Brynhild Tollefsdatter. Brynhild is not mothher of 'your Martha' Anton And brynhild gets Twins, one stillborn, the other Gunhild Marie, illegitime, born 13 oct 1878, bapthised 8 dec 1878 in Frogner church, Lier. It's said that Brynhild comes from Nore in Numedal.------------ Martha Antonia, illegitime, born 29 june 1886, bapthised 12 sept 1886 in Frogner church, Lier. Parents: Sawmillworker and widower Anton Markussen, place of living: Husebygaten, and Pige/Maid Thora Olsen, born 1856, place of living: Husebygaten. Sponsors: Maren Knutsen, Ingeborg Marie, Johan Antonsen, Anton Antonsen (all from Linnestranden), and Andreas Kristiansen Sørum. Cannot find Martha dead in Lier

Thank you so much for the information and please thank Maya. Martha's father, Anton Markussen b. 1855, Lier, was my grandmother's half-brother. He was living on Sørum farm in the 1900 census. I would like to find out when he died. There is a letter from Norway that states Anton was ill written in the 1920s-----BUT, there is a picture of a man and it is written that his name was Anton and he visited America and on returning to Norway, his ship met disaster and he was not heard from again. Thank you for any help.
