Yes that makes sense and that explains why we don't see it here either.

Ok then I can put an approximate death date since there are times where you can't find any records and that is just going to have to be ok. Died about 1878-1883 in Bardu. Right now my head is still spinning from all this information. I had hopes of finding some info with posting to this forum but this whole thread went beyond anything I had envisioned. I can't thank all of you enough for your input and you crazy scary ability to work with all of these data bases and thinking in between the lines of all these old record books. Ann Mary is just a wizard with pulling up stuff. You helped so much when I wasn't getting what Ann Mary was showing me and putting it in context. Then Egil swings in and adds some amazing dashes of his own and makes me cry with that Mary Nash obit! I wish I could help you all in some way as you have so generously done for me. Is there something I can do? If there is, please don't hesitate to ask.
