Thomas Storm Skrevet November 25, 2019 Del Skrevet November 25, 2019 Family Surname of Storm-UK a book which I cannot trace said that the STORM surname originated from a little village just outside of Oslo . The Vikings landed along the North Yorkshire coast around Robin Hoods Bay England around 780 AD . A lot of Vikings settled in england . The Surname of Storm could have derived from the old Norse Name of Stormr or possibly STROMM ( My Theory Only) i am trying to establish which village just outside of Oslo the surname originates!. The author was Leo Walmsley however the Walmsley Society have no recollection of Leo Walmsley writing anything that said the Storm family name originated from a village just outside of Oslo . I am proud to be a Storm even though I was born in South Wales uk my heritage depicts I could derive from old Norse and Norwegian origins . I would dearly love to find out if the Storm name did originate from a little village just ouside of Oslo. Any help would dearly be appreciated best Tom Storm Lenke til kommentar Del på andre sider
