not quite...

The contract of the transfer is signed on 25 Oct 1743 and  "tinglyst" (registered, announced) on 6 Nov.

The estate Herstrøm is aquired by Margretha et (latin 'and') Anna von Cappelen.

It was sold on auction after deseased Otto von Cappelen. (The relations between Margretha, Anna and Otto are not mentioned, as far as I notice.)

The document specifies that  Maren Olsdatter, widow of Povel Knudsøn,  has rented the land for her lifetime.

BTW, a page link is better .... https://www.digitalarkivet.no/tl20070103281162

This is about No. 6, https://www.digitalarkivet.no/tl20061218030007

Svend Holst, and wife Helene Margrete  Gynter(?), sell the estate Herstrøm to Peder Høeg Smith.

As I understand the text, Helene M.G. had inherited the estated from her late husband Anders Nilsen, who aquired it on 8 Feb. 1762

8 March 1788 is the contract date.

link...?

This is an exerpt of an "avkall" ("Afkald"), a renunciation.

It is issued by Anders Nielsen to Christen Andersen for a piece of land

called "Elvesandbachen" under farm Herstrøm.

It is not quite clear (to me at least)  what is renounced  (debt, right to use, charge, ...?),

or what "Elvesandbachen" actually is (a "husmannsplass"; just a piece of land - for use under another farm or for some enterprise; ....?)

The full document (which may or may not exist today) would give more details.
