Is this the Kari Neilsdatter I am looking for?

According to the farmbook: "Gards -og ættesoge for Sveio, Band 1: Gamle Valestrand Kommune," Peter Tørresen Lodden, Lømlo and Kari Neilsdtr lived on Økland (Øchland) from 1838 to 1862. Is this the Kari Nielsdatter mentioned in that book? How can I be sure? There is another Kari Nielsdatter who lived on Økland but was born in 1814.

The Kari Nielsdatter in Strandebarm doesn't fit. (Her father is Niels Jacobsen)

The probate of Mathias Nielsen Økland in 1855-56 mentions among others his mother Gunvor Mathiasdatter Økland and "fuldsøster Kari Nielsdtr. gift med Peter Tørrissen Økland": https://www.digitalarkivet.no/sk20081113700487

So, Kari Neilsdtr and Mathias Neilsen Økland are children of Niels Pedersen Økland and Gunvor Mathiasdtr Økland? 

 

I know information in the farm books is not always accurate, but it clearly states that the birthyear of Kari Nielsdtr is 1810 (page 318; bruker no. 13). 

 

I see that the first child is born in 1838 and that one of the children was named "Mattias."
