David Grawrock Posted February 27 Share Posted February 27 I'm looking at entry 2 for John https://media.digitalarkivet.no/en/view/2409/15508/1 I have his parents as Jacob Hansen and Marie Jonsdatter but I can't get what's behind Marie then it's a form of Gravraak as they are on that farm. I know he's illegitimate and I'm pretty sure the note on the far right column is dad admitting paternity (the Pat...) but I'm not positive. I think is Tjenere [servants, in lack of a better word] So they both may have been “employed “ at Gravrok. Or maybe its singular - only Marie served there. Hard to tell. The note on the far right is, as you say – the birth is reported by the father who tilstaaer Paterniteten. Admitting the paternity. Reg.
