What are the Norweigan equivalents of:Mason, bricklayer Baker Midwife BlacksmithAlso, if a woman was a midwife, would they list that on the census records?

Baker is "baker". Blacksmith is "smed".Hilsen Berit

I knew the first two words without a word-book. I have now checked the book and found out:Mason is "murer" or "frimurer". "murer " is the occupation. "frimurer" is a member of the organisation. It is also translated freemason.Midwife is "jordmor". If she was a midwife it would be listed on the census records.Bricklayer is also "murer".Hilsen Berit
