    Hei, Jeg har blitt gjort oppmerksom på at min slektning, Hans Pedersen Ydstines (f. 18/10-1838 i Stjørdal), var blant de første 100 menige i Det norske Gardeskarpskytterkompagni som ankom Stockholm 1/11-1856. Dette vil gjerne bekrefte, men denne kilden: Forsvaret, Utskrivningsvesenet, Krigskommissariat Kristiania, nr. 297.1: Ruller for Norske Jegerkorps/Garden, 1841-1894 ... gjør kun rede for menige soldater født fra og med 1841. Hva med Hans Pedersen Ydstines som ble født i 1838? Hvor finner jeg han og de første 100 i garden? På forhånd takk, Mvh Ragnar
